1.Chlorinated polyethylene mainly used as impact modifier used on plastics

2.In U-PVC products, Chlorinated polyethylene can  improve impact strength 

and low-temperature property. 

3.CPE135A also used on rubber to improve itsproperties, such as 

anticombustion,insulation and anti-ageing. 

4.Chlorinated polyethylene can be an addictive for ABS to improve the flame retardant.
